A Seat At The Table
For young adults who want more than the classroom can offer

Some young adults don’t need a formal program. They need access — a chance to be around real conversations, real decisions, and the real world of work. That’s how I started. As a kid, I rode around with my father and sat quietly in the room while adults made decisions. I was listening. Watching. Learning how people solve problems, communicate, negotiate, and carry themselves when something actually matters. Those moments changed the way I saw the world long before I ever picked a career.

That is exactly what I’m offering here. This mentorship isn’t full-time, and it isn’t scheduled. Some weeks you might show up once or twice. Other weeks, not at all. It might be an hour on a job site, a tough conversation, a strategy discussion, or a moment where something very important is happening. You learn by being close to real life situations, not by following a lesson plan.

This isn’t about pushing you toward a trade or a specific direction. It’s about helping you understand yourself — what drives you, how you make decisions, how you communicate, and what kind of future you actually want to build. You learn by asking questions, paying attention, and being present in the moments most people never get to see.

If you’re hungry to grow, curious about how real life works, and willing to step into the room where things actually happen, you’ll fit right in. That’s where this mentorship lives — in the real world, in real moments, with people who want more for themselves and their future.

Who This Is For

  • Young adults (18–28) who want more out of life

  • People who learn best by doing, watching, asking, and listening

  • Anyone curious about leadership, business, problem-solving, or personal growth

  • Those who feel stuck and want a clearer sense of direction

  • Motivated individuals who want to understand how real opportunities work

How It Works

  • There is no schedule.

  • Some weeks you may be around once. Other weeks, not at all.

  • Opportunities happen when something important is going on.

  • You may observe a job site walk, a strategy conversation, or a tough situation.

  • Commitment is simple: show up curious and take it seriously.

What You’ll Get Out of It

  • Real conversations about decisions, leadership, and conflict

  • Exposure to behind-the-scenes moments most people never see

  • Honest feedback and discussions that make you think

  • A chance to observe how successful people operate

  • Insight into how deals, projects, and challenges unfold in real time

  • Guidance that helps you understand yourself and where you want to go

How I want to help you

  • Give you a place to ask real questions without being judged

  • Help you figure out what drives you and what holds you back

  • Push you to think bigger about your future and what’s possible

  • Be someone you can trust and reach out to at any point in your life

  • Offer guidance that helps you build a life you’re actually proud of

  • And maybe one day, if the timing and effort line up, collaborate on something meaningful together

If You’re Interested

If this mentorship speaks to you, reach out. Don’t just ask to join. Tell me who you are, what you’re chasing, and why this matters to you. I don’t get paid for this, and my time is limited, so I only invest in people who take themselves seriously. If you’re ready to step out of your comfort zone and explain why you want this opportunity, send me an email — and make it count.
